My entire career has been focused on high tech manufacturing and operations. I have worked in a 24×7 manufacturing environment since my original position in semiconductor. I am a leaders of operations and engineering teams and have led teams that are larger than 700 people. I have built operations organizations from scratch including engineering, technicians, commercial, and operations.
