Experience And Industry Summary: Jennifer is a seasoned People Executive and Consultant. She has been a part of the technology start-up scene for almost 20 years and has worked with some of the Bay Area’s most notable organizations including Google, Kabam, Practice Fusion, Udemy and Flexport. She was the co-founder of Squadley, a team acceleration platform and Farside HR Solutions, a HR Consulting firm. She is currently the Chief People Officer of Terminal, a Talent Marketplace product that connects global engineers to opportunities in North America & Europe. She has her Masters from University of Edinburgh, Scotland and her BA/BS from Santa Clara University. A Bay Area native, Jennifer recently moved from Austin to Summerlin with her husband and 8-year old daughter.
