Cara O’Hare, PMP, is the Director of Programs at StartUpNV. With over eight years of experience working with startups, she mentors budding entrepreneurs, facilitates the articulation of their business model design, delineation of customer segments, and provides guidance on navigating the investment and non-dilutive capital environment. Her expertise encompasses early-stage company development, project management, and business model design across various sectors. Cara has also played key roles in entrepreneurial initiatives at the University of Nevada, Reno, and University of California Merced, expanding incubator programs and facilitating technology commercialization.
