Early stage companies often have a challenge in bridging the gap between needing sales resources and being able to afford them as full time employees. One way to solve this is to hire external sales resources who will work full time or part time on straight commission. It sounds so simple in theory, but there are many considerations. This presentation will discuss various aspects of going this route such as:

• Determining if this approach is viable for your product/market
• Defining reasonable parameters for this type of sales roles
• Sourcing of viable candidates
