Pitch Day for $500k

Please see parking & arrival instructions below. Join us on Wednesday, February 5th at Woven for Pitch Day for $500k. Check out this BEAUTIFUL new workspace in downtown Las Vegas in the old post office building. You can park for free in the garage and head to floor 2. In Q1, we are testing different locations for Pitch Day to see what works best for our community. Your feedback is important, so please let us know how you like the various venues. The startups pitching on February 5th are Amalz Hotels and Haya. Please feel free to come early, anytime after 5pm, for a tour of the space and to grab a drink and mingle before the pitches begin. Pitches will take place in the “Pitch Room” on the second floor, with refreshments & networking in the lobby area before and after.
PARKING & ARRIVAL
Parking: Please park in the attached garage – the entrance is on the east side of the building on 6th Street. For Validation: Upon entry to the garage, please select Other Options from the menu at the gate kiosk. Then select “I Have a Code”. Enter 5030 and press Go. You will then be given a ticket and gate will open for entry. This ticket will allow you to scan out of the gate when you are leaving, without having to pay for parking.
Please make sure to not lose your ticket or you will have to pay for a lost ticket ($25.00)
Enter from garage on 2nd floor (pink pillars).
For Ride Share Drop/Off: Drop off in the lot at 201 S Las Vegas Blvd. Use door to the left of Post Office entrance and take elevator or stairs to second floor.

Investors: Nevada-certified and SEC-accredited investors are encouraged to attend.
New to Las Vegas? “Pitch day for $500k” is a great way to meet others in the local startup community.
Founders and Community Members: This event is open to the public/community and offers a unique opportunity to learn about raising capital.
DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT:
Attend in-person or online. No cost to attend.
Two pre-vetted founders pitch to the FundNV investment committee for consideration of entry into the StartUpNV accelerator program and an investment of $200k to $1M (average of $500k since 2021).
– Each founder will present for 10 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of Q&A moderated by the StartUpNV team.
– Attendees may submit questions via chat for moderators to ask.
The companies are selected in advance and meet all requirements to pitch to the Investment Committees and FundNV investors.
To meet the criteria to pitch startups must be:
– Largely based in Nevada
– Scalable and venture investment-worthy
– Actively seeking to raise a pre-seed or seed-stage capital
– Founder(s) are working full-time on the startup
– Company has a product/service selling (or beta) in the market
– Vetted by SNV pitch review process to ensure all required topics are covered and the above requirements are met
