AngelNV 6 Finale

The conclusion of the AngelNV 6 Investment Conference is open to the public. We gather to celebrate the finalists and make the decisions about investments. The first choice of the angels will receive a minimum of $200,000 investment from AngelNV 6, which will be matched by the Nevada SSBCI program. There may be secondary investments as well, depending on the amount raised.

The AngelNV program is one of education for both entrepreneurs and investors. In the fall, we hold a Due Diligence Bootcamp to teach founders what angels seek in due diligence. In the spring, we bring together first-time an experienced accredited investors and Nevada Certified investors to go through the process of vetting companies, hearing pitches and condensing them to 6 finalists. The angels then learn and go through the Due Diligence process in teams to create a thorough report. With the report information and the final pitches on April 11, they will vote for the company or companies that will receive their investments. You can still join the investors. Learn more.
