About Ana
Ana is a biomedical researcher and consultant with extensive experience in grant writing, project management, and scientific
communications. She is the Grant Project Consultant and Consultant Manager at Baginski Wegner and Company (BW&CO). She manages multidisciplinary teams to facilitate successful grant applications for various federal agencies, including NIH and DoD.
About Kristian
Kristian is an aerospace engineer, author, and project management expert with over 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry. His career spans work on high-impact projects for NASA, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Energy. An expert in employee retention and improving company culture, he led initiatives that streamline policies and reduce turnover.
