About the Featured Founder
Mikey Trafton is a serial entrepreneur with a half dozen companies under his belt, most in the technology sector. Companies Mikey has led have won awards for Best Place to Work and Fastest Growing Company.
Previously, he was CTO and Chief Brand Officer at Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas and founded, ran, and sold multiple tech companies. He’s most proud of Blue Fish Development Group, a consulting firm providing custom software solutions to Fortune 500 companies like Southwest Airlines, Wells Fargo, and Bausch+Lomb.
Mikey has a passion for helping first-time entrepreneurs reach their goals through mentoring, coaching, and investing. He co-founded Capital Factory, a technology incubator/accelerator that has become the epicenter of Austin’s startup community. Mikey is an advisor, board member, and/or investor for several startups.
