SUMMARY:AngelNV Due Diligence Bootcamp
DESCRIPTION:The AngelNV Entrepreneur Bootcamp is a free program teaching established startup founders how to bring their ventures to the next level by preparing for due diligence that comes with an investment. The bootcamp is a program that can provide startups with eligibility for the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) funding as announced by StartUpNV and the Nevada State Treasurer on August 31\, 2022. \n\n\n\n\nThe Entrepreneur Bootcamp is the first half of AngelNV\, a two-part educational series that prepares founders for raising startup capital and teaches new angel investors how to perform due diligence and invest in startups. \nThe AngelNV 6 conference fund will have a finale pitch event at Las Vegas City hall in late March 2026\, to which the public is invited. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBy registering\, you are signing up for the founder portion of the programming\, a 6-week bootcamp that teaches  pitching for investment from early-stage investors\, and preparing for the due diligence that follows signing a term sheet. \nWho this program is for: Seasoned founders with an MVP going to market with a month or founders who currently have revenue! Sessions will be held both in-person in Las Vegas and online via Zoom. \nThose wishing to apply for funding from AngelNV 6 will have access to the application beginning on November 14 and the applications are due December 12\, 2025. AngelNV 6 will begin for the investors in early January 2026 and will conclude at Las Vegas City Hall in late March 2026\, when at least one company will be awarded a $200\,000 investment\, matched by state SSBCI funds\, for a total investment of $400\,000.
