Brave Las Vegas speakers have accepted the challenge to inspire us in a series of rapid-fire presentations\, where each speaker gets 5 minutes and 20 slides that auto-advance every 15 seconds. The result? Fast\, furious\, and fascinating insights shared with an engaged audience. \nInnovation – The Ignite format constrains us\, requiring us to stretch ourselves and find new ways of communicating information. It requires us to dig deeper\, seek more clarity\, and examine our assumptions. Innovation is born this way. And innovation can change the world. \nConnection – In order to connect with others\, we must know how to communicate. This is not an easy task. Communication is an art: it is nuanced and dynamic. Learning to communicate in a way that inspires and connects us with others is a lifelong process. \nCommunity – Human beings do not exist in a vacuum. Everything we do is interconnected\, and together we are always greater than the sum of our parts. Communities\, large and small\, are where the flowering of compassion and connection take place\, and where the heart of Ignite Talks lives. \nCuriosity – Everything is always changing. We are continually on the lookout for new ideas and more enlightened ways of being and relating\, even if that means unwinding old beliefs and traditions. \nAccessibility – Ignite\, at its core\, is designed to level the playing field for speakers.
